Art Print Purchases – Khiishoots Photography LLC
Effective Date: At time of purchase
By purchasing artwork or prints from Khiishoots Photography (“Artist”) at this exhibit, the purchaser (“Buyer”) agrees to the following Terms of Sale:
1. Sales & Payment
All sales are final.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, Venmo, etc.].
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.
2. Limited Edition Prints (If Applicable)
Limited edition prints are sold in specified edition sizes as indicated on the exhibit label or certificate of authenticity.
Each limited edition print may be signed and/or numbered by the Artist.
Once an edition sells out, no additional prints in that edition size will be produced.
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Prints
Certain prints may be made to order if not available on-site.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Buyers may choose on-site pickup (if available) or shipping.
The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of original and limited artwork, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be issued unless the artwork arrives damaged and shipping was arranged by the Artist.
6. Damaged Items
If a shipped item arrives damaged, the Buyer must notify the Artist within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence of the damage and packaging is required.
The Artist will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
7. Copyright & Reproduction
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the Artist. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The Artist retains the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.
8. Color & Presentation Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions at the exhibit and screen display differences.
Framing (if included) is as displayed at the exhibit unless otherwise stated.
9. Liability
The Artist’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
The Artist is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, framing, installation, or environmental conditions after purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms of Sale.
